Boarding Policy Agreement

Mountain View Veterinary Health Center ( MVVHC ) is pleased to be able to offer a flexible boarding service to our clients allowing ½ day increments according to the following policy:

The client agrees to clearly label with their last name any personal belongings brought in with their pet(s). MVVHC is not responsible for any lost and/or destroyed personal belongings and does not guarantee the return of such items.

To qualify for a ½ day on the first day of boarding, the client understands they must schedule their pet’s arrival time for 2:00 p.m. or later. If the arrival time is not specified when the reservation is made, or if the client arrives prior to 2:00 p.m., the client understands a full day of boarding will be scheduled and charged.

To qualify for a ½ day on the last day of boarding, the client understands they must schedule their pet’s discharge time for 11:00 a.m. or earlier. If a discharge time is not specified when the reservation is made, or if the client arrives later than 11:00 a.m. to pick up their pet(s), a full day of boarding will be scheduled and charged. The client also understands these deadlines are not flexible and will be strictly enforced. This is necessary to provide the kennel personnel sufficient time to thoroughly clean, sanitize and prepare boarding accommodations for the next guest.
