To ensure that we have enough time to address all of you and your pet’s needs, we do add extra time to new client/patient appointments. This allows us to be thorough and complete during your appointment. Since this does book a large portion of the doctor’s day, we do require a down payment of $70 to be made in order to book this appointment for you. This $70 would go towards your pet’s exam at the time of appointment. This payment will be taken when a member of our Client Relations team calls to book an appointment for you based on the dates and times provided if available. Please fill out these three forms.
